It delivers innovative and field-tested science and technology (ST) solutions to address defence and security needs of the Alliance. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvides specialized support to the design and evolution of the Business Architecture domain to ensure alignment between business strategy, capabilities, processes and technology /li liAligns organisation’s technology with its business mission, strategy, and processes and documenting this using architectural models. /li liProvide continuity management, by developing, implementing and testing a business continuity framework. Manage the development, implementation and testing of continuity management plans. /li /ul h3Essential Qualifications Experience /h3 ul liA minimum requirement of a bachelor’s degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in an information systems, physics or electronics related scientific or engineering discipline, or other relevant scientific discipline, and 2 years post-related experience. /li liA minimum of 5 years’ background in portfolio management, by developing and applying a management framework to define and deliver a portfolio of programmes, projects and/or ongoing services. Aligns solutions with Enterprise and solution architecture standards (including security). /li liExtensive background in business process improvement. Creating new and potentially disruptive approaches to performing business activities. /li liExtensive background in planning and implementing organisation-wide processes and procedures for the management of risk to the success or integrity of the enterprise. /li liExtensive background in translating business strategies into actionable operating models. Develop and maintain roadmaps for achieving strategic business objectives. /li liDemonstrated experience in managing complex projects and delivering enterprise-wide change. /li liAgile and adaptable to dynamic business environments.
