This Program Manager will support Research Operations which includes managing and learning to strategically grow our research communities, vendor partnerships, and process optimization efforts. The role requires the need to be adept at both managing project pipelines and building mechanisms, connecting global stakeholders, understanding intricacies of data privacy, while also strategically planning means of scaling research capacity. In order to build these mechanisms, they will work across global internal partners and external vendor resources, leveraging both process and technology to achieve our goals. /p h3About the team /h3 pThis program management position within the Design organization's Operations department supports the Research and Beta team. The Design Operations team focuses on operational excellence across Amazon Music by establishing workflows, managing customer feedback systems, vendors, and research pipelines. We maintain high process standards, build trust with partners, take action within constraints, and navigate ambiguous situations.
