PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The National Makeup Artist serves as the ultimate Givenchy Brand Ambassador, delivering makeup artistry and elevated client service across all axes (makeup, fragrance & skincare). With a strong consumer-centric mindset, this role is vital in enhancing the offline and online client experience and engaging the Beauty Advisors community via best-in-class trainings. This position reports to the Retail manager Italy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
RETAIL:
1. Develop the Sell Out, following KPIs and goals (Around 70% of the time)
2. Build brand loyalty among our customer, and enrich our CRM database (DS/BTQ only)
3. Welcome and develop a customer relationship that reflects our selling ceremony
4. Realize complex make-ups for corporate events, in store or out store
5. Negotiate commercial animations, trainings, additional displays with retailers
6. Control the respect of our commercial, marketing and VM guidelines
TRAINING:
7. Co-construct and animate collective make-up classes for external Beauty Consultants, customer Influencers, VIPs, on make-up technics mostly linked to our marketing plan
8. Ensure the preparation and the co-animation of collective make-up class for internal BC, linked to retail education plan
9. Coach individually some colleagues on make-up technics linked to our selling ceremony, our commercial priorities and our make-up Edito
10. Animate the BC community sharing technical tricks, market benchmark, etc.
11. Take initiative in terms of competitive benchmarks, commercial animations, services, etc.
12. Share feedback and best practices with the peers during collective meetings
13. Build support and loyalty among retailer’s team
COMMUNICATION:
14. Realize, produce and edit digital contents (mood boards, tutorial, crash test, etc.) and broadcast on social network respecting corporate guidelines and marketing plan
15. Animate followers broadcasting information, organizing contest, digital events, etc., being responsive to followers

16. Be passionate about make-up, with a high level of make-up trend and technics knowledge
17. Master our selling ceremony and adapt it to retail traffic, client, or mission (Training class, Events, etc.)
18. Have teaching skills with clients and colleagues
19. Have a good knowledge of the skin care routine and fragrances
20. Be able to communicate in front of a large audience, adapting the communication to the audience
21. Be autonomous, rigorous, and able to share relevant feedback
22. Be proactive in the commercial relationship with the local retailer
23. Speak English at professional level / French would be a plus
24. Be customer centric with relational quality
25. Be dynamic, result & performance oriented
26. At ease in digital communication and social network animation
27. Be able to set up an editorial planning of digital content linked to the marketing agenda and the Maison’s Guidelines
28. Know how to produce and edit, with autonomy, qualitative videos
