Seeking a Risk Manager to join our EU‑based Internal Control functions, based in Milan. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliIdentify, assess, and propose appropriate mitigation/remediation for existing and future risks at Scope Ratings GmbH and its outsourced activities. /liliDesign and track relevant risk KPIs/KRIs with stakeholders and report on performance. /liliEmbed an appropriate risk management framework at Scope Ratings GmbH, outsourced activities or third‑party service providers, encompassing risk appetite and tolerance thresholds, risk inventory, risk landscape, action plan, and incident management. /liliDevelop and maintain risk policies, procedures and control frameworks. /liliMaintain and moderate the Scope Ratings GmbH Risk Control Committee. /liliGuide senior management and train stakeholders on risk management through effective collaboration, reports and presentations. /liliWork with all stakeholders across Scope Ratings GmbH and outsourced service providers to embed a strong risk management culture. /liliEnsure alignment with regulatory requirements. /liliPrepare and present risk reports to Scope Ratings GmbH boards and relevant further bodies at group level. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliAt least 5 years of experience in the financial industry. /liliBachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or a relevant field of business sciences and/or related work experience. /liliExperience in a regulatory environment is considered a plus. /liliBackground as a consultant (Strategic or “Big Four”) is considered a plus. /liliStrong organizational, analytical and project management skills. /liliProven success in the efficient management of projects and processes. /liliExcellent writing skills and ability to process complex information and restitute it in a clear, well‑structured manner. /liliWillingness to engage with highly specialized texts (economics, financial analysis). /liliProactive learning and improvement orientation. /liliStrong team player with high interpersonal and communication skills. /liliMulticultural, collaborative, self‑starter, integrity, detail‑ and target‑oriented personality. /liliFluency in at least one major European language (German and/or French preferred) in addition to English. /li /ulh3About Scope Ratings GmbH /h3pScope Ratings GmbH is part of the Scope Group with headquarters in Berlin.
