ORC systems are used for power production from renewable energy sources, including biomass, solar, geothermal energy and waste heat recovery. They perform with greater efficiency and flexibility than traditional Rankine cycle and operate under diverse conditions. /p pEXERGY undertake the development and manufacturing process of the ORC turbine and plant internally. This includes RD, testing, engineering, project management and after-sales service. /p pEXERGY is part of China\'s TICA GROUP, an international high-tech group with annual turnover of approx 1 Billion $ with more than 3.000 employees across the globe. /p pWe are looking for a motivated Construction Engineer that will support us in managing on-site activities, coordinating contractors, and ensuring that construction progresses according to design, schedule, and safety standards. /p h3Duties Responsibilities /h3 ul liReport directly to the Construction Manager and support site activities during erection and commissioning. /li liSupervise subcontractors and site staff, ensuring works are performed in line with project requirements. /li liPrepare necessary site documentation, including daily/weekly site reports, equipment handover protocols, and installation checklists. /li liAttend and contribute to scheduled meetings (daily, weekly, monthly) with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients. /li liCheck technical designs, drawings, and procedures to ensure compliance with standards. /li liProvide technical support at site and assist in problem-solving. /li liTrack and follow-up on work schedules, reporting progress and delays to management. /li liAssist in organizing materials, ensuring proper handling and safe storage. /li liEnsure adherence to health, safety, environmental, and sustainability standards. /li liSupport troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance activities under supervision. /li liAct as a point of contact with subcontractors and client representatives for assigned tasks. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Energy Engineering. /li liNew graduates are encouraged to apply. Up to 2 years of relevant internship or site experience is a plus. /li liStrong willingness to learn and develop technical and project management skills. /li liFluent in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of an additional language is an advantage. /li liWilling to travel abroad frequently (up to 70% of the time). /li liGood organizational and teamwork skills. /li liAbility to read and interpret technical drawings. /li liCompetence in MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
