As a Buyer, you will be responsible for purchasing materials, parts, supplies, and services in line with company policies and procedures. You will play a key role in ensuring competitive pricing, optimal delivery terms, and strong supplier relationships, while supporting operational continuity and cost efficiency across the business.
About The Job
* Purchase materials, parts, supplies, and services in accordance with established purchasing policies and procedures.
* Analyse supplier quotations and lead negotiations to achieve competitive pricing, delivery, and commercial terms.
* Identify cost-saving opportunities through supplier reviews and pricing analysis.
* Manage pricing revisions, order cancellations, delivery date changes, and resolve invoice discrepancies.
* Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations and confirm delivery schedules.
* Execute purchasing activities accurately and efficiently to support business requirements.
About You
* 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
* Experience in large multinational companies; automotive industry experience is considered a strong plus.
* Background in production companies is mandatory, ideally with exposure to R&D‑related activities.
* Project Management experience is a plus.
* SAP knowledge is considered an advantage.
* Fluency in Italian is mandatory; good command of English is required for daily communication.
