As a trainee supervisor, you will work alongside experienced supervisors, learn to participate in daily planning and coordination, and help ensure that all tasks are completed safely, with high quality, and on schedule. We offer thorough onboarding, opportunities to grow into more responsible roles, and a unique introduction to the highly specialized field of refractory installations. /p pThis trainee position commences in June 2026. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liTake part in supervisor training in multiple sites in Europe. /li liWork in customer projects as an installer to learn the installing methods and tasks. /li liParticipate in project planning by: ul liContributing to develop risk assessments /li liCreating lists of materials and material /li liCalculation /li liContact with suppliers and subcontractors /li liMaking POs /li liFreights /li liStaffing /li /ul /li liEnsure all necessary equipment and materials are delivered to the project site. /li liParticipate in coordinating the work and communicate with the customer about progress of the project. /li liLead installation work and assign tasks to the installers. /li liDocument completed work by maintaining a daily work log. /li liManage installer time sheets and submit those on time to project management and payroll. /li liPrepare deviation reports if necessary. /li liHandle returns and other required documentation at the end of the project. /li liEnsure that tasks are carried out in accordance with Calderys’ protocols and practices. /li liActively act as a good example and strive to develop the safety culture in projects. /li liActively share information within the company to promote the overall development of the company. /li liAct as a contact towards client during the project to ensure smooth project implementation. /li liPerform other supervisory duties as required. /li /ul h3Responsibilities and Duties in the Work Environment /h3 ul liThe supervisor plays a central role in ensuring practical occupational safety and wellbeing at work. They must identify deficiencies, ensure a reasonable and balanced workload, and verify that laws and regulations are followed. /li liThe supervisor must complete both the client’s and Calderys’ safety and work environment trainings.
