Senior Consultant, Acoustics (Acoustic Consulting exp req) Description
Our client, a recognized leader in acoustics and audio design, is seeking a skilled and passionate Senior Consultant to join their team. While the role is home-based, occasional travel to project sites is required—primarily within the Northeast—so candidates located between Boston and Philadelphia are strongly preferred. In this role, you will be leading the design and delivery of room acoustics, sound isolation, and noise control solutions for high-performance environments, including luxury residential, museum, and commercial spaces. You’ll work closely with architects, designers, and AV teams, managing projects from early design through final installation. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience with an acoustics consulting firm, excellent communication skills, and proven project management capabilities. This role also includes a business development component—focused on nurturing existing client relationships and helping grow accounts, not cold sales. With a clear path toward an Associate Principal role, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in a highly specialized and rewarding field, designing some of the most challenging and unique spaces in the industry.
