We are pleased to offer a long-term contract opportunity for an experienced CNC 5-axis machinist to support high-precision manufacturing operations within the composites sector. This role will support a prestigious client based in Modena, Italy.
Role DetailsLocation: Modena, ItalyPosition: CNC 5-Axis Machinist (Siemens / Belotti)Industry: Composites (tooling and component manufacturing)Contract Type: Long-term contractShift Pattern: 5 on / 2 off, approximately 45 hours per weekStart Date: ASAP (or later in the year)

RequirementsProven experience operating CNC 5-axis machinesExperience with Siemens control systems (essential)Experience with Belotti machines (highly desirable)Strong background working with composite materials and tooling blocksAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD/CAM dataGood understanding of tight tolerances and high-quality standardsRight to work in the EU (no sponsorship available)
Key ResponsibilitiesSet up, operate, and monitor CNC 5-axis machinesMachine composite materials and tooling blocks to precise specificationsInterpret technical drawings and machining programsPerform adjustments to ensure accuracy and quality of finished componentsCarry out routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machineryEnsure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
