Oversee Demand Generation programs for Business Technology Platform (BTP), Business Data Cloud (BDC), and AI across the EMEA region, acting as the SPOC for Italy.Support complex deals from both a sales and consumption perspective and collaborate with a wide network of stakeholders, including the Sales Director, Account Executives (BTP and Industry), CBO and local management, Demand Management, Marketing, Partners/Channel, Digital Hub, and CSPs.Track, coordinate, and initiate programmatic activities designed to: Grow pipeline through deal clinics, events, campaigns, account‐based activities, partner engagements, and customer discovery workshops.Support complex sales cycles, including commercial discussions and deal progression.Act as the primary point of reference for the sales team on product and solution questions, supporting the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to post‐sale customer engagement and adoption.Help customers expand their SAP footprint through: Whitespace campaigns and account opportunity analysis.Delivering solution presentations and participating in events to identify and qualify new opportunities.Evaluating account qualification criteria.Establishing yourself as a thought leader within account teams.Transitioning engagements to implementation partners and Services.Continuing to engage customers to reinforce SAP's solution vision.Leveraging digital assets throughout the customer journey.
Qualifications
10+ years of professional experience with large software/IT organizations, preferably in a solution‐specific segment.Ability to build programs and track progress with multiple stakeholders.SAP product experience in BTP, BDC and AI highly advantageous.SAP Commercial / Sales experience is highly advantageous.Focus on creating compelling storylines and themes for customer interactions.Ability to quickly understand customer business goals and ensure they are at the center of recommended solutions.
