Vois is a media-tech venture builder shaping podcasts into scalable media brands. We are leader in the production of podcasts and video-podcasts for brands and podcast advertisements, working for creators to deliver a unique type of advertising format based on podcasting. Our shows generate over 8 million listens and views per month across podcast platforms, capturing 22% of the Italian digital audio market.
In this context and as part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a Finance & Accounting Specialist | HR & Operations Support to join our team.

Ok, so here's what you'll do.
Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance
Manage General Ledger activities in compliance with Italian GAAP
Handle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
Support monthly and quarterly closing processes
Review and process expense reports
Support payroll activities for Ex-Enpals in coordination with labor consultants
Monitor internal costs related to Production and A&R; teams
Maintain and archive financial documentation
HR Administrative Support
Coordinate contracts and documentation with labor consultants
Collect and verify onboarding documentation for new hires
Monitor deadlines related to employment contracts and compliance
Act as a point of reference for internal policies and procedures
Internal Team Support
Support onboarding processes for new team members
Assist with internal administrative requests
Help coordinate office logistics and vendor communication
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company rules
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Economics or related fields
At least 2 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Treasury or Controlling
Knowledge of Italian GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
English level: B1 or higher
The position requires an average of 3 days in office in Milan. Availability to reach the office within 1.5 hours max.
