IT Project Manager – Reservation Systems at Costa Crociere S.p.A.

Responsibilities
* optimize the business value delivered by projects and solutions, promoting synergies among IT strategy and business
* define application portfolio strategy and evolution roadmap
* design software solutions according to state of the art technology paradigm
* coordinate application delivery team allocating capacity according to company priorities
* coordinate vendors involved in the application delivery process
* facilitate team collaboration
What you’ll bring
* Your journey includes strong experience (at least 5 years) in global companies’ technology programs implementation
* Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred) in STEM areas/Information Technology
* Track-record as Applications Delivery Manager and applied knowledge of the different methodologies
* Business analysis & data management competences
* Strong knowledge of applications delivery in cloud
* Effectiveness in engaging resources inside and outside the organization
* Excellent knowledge of Office 365 and collaboration tools
* Fluent English is essential (B2 level); any other foreign language would be a plus
* Promoting openness and transparency, welcoming feedback and others’ ideas
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
* Excellence in teamwork and ability to inspire others
