Ph3Stage - Piping Flexibility Engineer FANO /h3 pAs a Piping Flexibility Engineer, you will be part of the ENCAR Business line within Saipem Fano, Piping Layout Team. You will support the development of Stress Analysis and Supports calculation in FEED and EPC projects. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liExecute activities within your area of responsibility, ensuring compliance with QA/QC and HSE requirements. /li liAnalyse and understand tender documentation. /li liPerform preliminary calculations of critical piping networks. /li liIssue Purchase Requisition for market investigation and perform technical bid comparison. /li liElaborate piping mechanical quantity (quantity to be installed) and piping budget quantity (quantity to be purchased). /li liSupport the definition of engineering hours. /li liSet up software to be used. /li liBe responsible for the quality, respect of budget and project schedule for piping flexibility analysis tasks. /li liReview client technical documentation and requirements. /li liDesign all piping support components. /li liIssue project stress analysis and piping support specification. /li liIdentify critical lines (add to project line list or dedicated critical line list). /li liPerform calculations of critical piping networks. /li liIssue loads to allow design of pipe‑rack and foundations. /li liIssue technical specifications for requisition of all piping support components. /li liIssue technical bid evaluation for all piping support component offers. /li liReview and approve vendor documents. /li liPlan Purchase Requisition issue according to project schedule, managing the whole cycle including material requisition, technical enquiry package, purchase requisition, and technical bid evaluation. /li liAttach technical documents into SAP. /li liMaintain project technical files and update company standards. /li liReview activities and deliverables produced by engineering subcontractors. /li liCheck isometrics for construction of critical lines. /li liCapitalize piping flexibility activities performed during the project. /li liProvide technical support. /li liAssist, when necessary, with engineering adjustments on site. /li liCoordinate and provide input to discipline leads and other Piping Flexibility Engineers to harmonize design and methodologies. /li liProvide support to projects and procurements to solve non‑standard problems. /li liDefine modification of department workflow and technical standards. /li liParticipate in modification of company workflow and technical standards. /li liCollect project feedback for continuous improvement implementation (lesson learned). /li liParticipate in vendor and outsourcing qualification. /li liParticipate in project/company procurement strategy (purchasing team). /li liDevelop and scout tools for design activities enhancement. /li /ul h3What we’re looking for /h3 ul libEducation: /b Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering. /li libBackground: /b University projects or internship within mechanical engineering. /li libTechnical Knowledge: /b Basic material knowledge and structural basic calculation. /li /ul h3What we can offer to you /h3 ul libHybrid working model: /b Smart working options and flexible hours to support a better work‑life balance. /li liOur bOne Saipem Way /b soft skills model promotes skills development, career growth, and opportunities to innovate through complex challenges by fostering communication and collaboration to achieve common goals. /li /ul h3We support your development /h3 pEven if you feel you might not fit this role perfectly, if you think you can contribute to our business development in the future, please apply through our spontaneous application form. /p pPlease read and acknowledge the Information Notice on the processing of personal data of candidates. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
