In this newly created role, you will translate customer needs into tailored, compliant Promat solutions, supporting them throughout the full project lifecycle. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, ensuring safe, efficient and application‑specific fire protection and insulation systems while collaborating closely with Sales, Product Management, RD and external certification bodies. /p pThis position is ideal for a technically strong, commercially minded professional who thrives in complex industrial environments and enjoys working across multiple countries and customer segments. /p h3What you’ll do: /h3 ul liSupport customers in the design, specification, and application of Promat fire protection and high‑temperature insulation systems. /li liTranslate customer challenges and regulatory requirements into practical, compliant, and high‑performing solutions. /li liProvide technical guidance across the full project lifecycle, including design reviews, documentation, installation support, and after‑sales assistance. /li liEvaluate product suitability, compliance with standards, and associated risks to ensure safe and correct implementation. /li liManage multiple projects simultaneously with varying levels of complexity and technical requirements. /li liCollaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Product Management, RD, Workshop Engineers, and external testing/certification bodies. /li liCoordinate international testing programmes and certification updates where required. /li liDeliver technical training, documentation, and clear explanations to internal and external stakeholders. /li liProvide market insights and customer feedback to support innovation and product development. /li /ul h3What you’ll bring: /h3 ul liStrong foundation in refractory engineering, ceramics, thermal dynamics, or related technical fields. /li liProven experience in refractory industries, aluminium production, or other high‑temperature industrial processes. /li liApplication knowledge in fire protection, thermal insulation, and/or acoustic insulation. /li liAbility to understand customer needs and translate them into effective system designs. /li liConfident communicator capable of delivering clear technical explanations, documentation, and training. /li liSolution‑oriented mindset with strong decision‑making and analytical skills. /li liProactive and commercially savvy with a competitive drive. /li liStrong ability to identify market trends and convert them into opportunities. /li liComfortable working independently in a remote setup and managing multiple priorities. /li liWillingness to travel (50%). /li liFluent English is a must, additional European languages are a plus. /li liWe have a strong conviction that diversity of thinking helps us to deliver a strong and sustainable performance.
