We seek an ambitious, experienced, and service-driven Concierge Services Manager to manage and continuously enhance our concierge offering. This hands-on role focuses on delivering exceptional experiences to our members while supporting the ongoing growth and evolution of the service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury and lifestyle client services, guest relations, and / or luxury hospitality and the ability to perform under pressure with energy, autonomy, and professionalism.
This role is employed under a consulting contract and is fully remote, with occasional travel to HQ in Switzerland or partner venues.
Main Responsibilities
* Deliver an exceptional, high-touch concierge experience for members.
* Research, arrange, and confirm bookings for restaurants, clubs, events, and other bespoke experiences.
* Consistently provide curated, high-quality recommendations that exceed member expectations.
* Accurately log and manage member requests and updates through the CRM system.
* Coordinate daily concierge operations to ensure service excellence and high member satisfaction.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with trusted venues, agencies and partners.
* Identify and onboard new partners aligned with our brand and quality standards.
* Manage professional communication with members and partners via phone and email.
* Identify opportunities to refine, improve and expand the concierge service offering, including growing into new product / service areas.
* Prepare reports and summaries using Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools to monitor member needs and inform service improvements.
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop initiatives that add value to the member experience.
Profile / Competences / Behaviour
* Solid background in hospitality, guest relations, luxury travel, or lifestyle management.
* Previous experience in a concierge or lifestyle management role strongly preferred.
* Proven ability to serve high-net-worth individuals and understand their expectations.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Calm, proactive, and solution-oriented, even in high-pressure situations.
* Well-versed in global travel, fine dining, nightlife, entertainment, and luxury hospitality trends.
* Strong digital skills, including CRM systems (ideally Salesforce), Microsoft Office, Databases, etc.
* Energetic, self-motivated, and passionate about learning and growing professionally.
* Excellent English, spoken and written, is required for daily communication with our members.
