PpIQM Selezione is recruiting an Accounting and Consolidation Specialist for a multinational company based in Bologna. /p h3Key Duties and Responsibilities /h3 pThe selected candidate will join the Accounting and Administration Department and will work in coordination with a colleague, the external accountant, and international group counterparts in Spain and India, supporting group consolidation processes in addition to general accounting and operational treasury activities. /p h3Ideal Profile /h3 ul liHigh school diploma in Accounting and/or Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields; /li liPrevious experience in a similar role, gained in companies or accounting firms; /li liGood level of autonomy in managing general accounting, accounting consolidation activities, and operational treasury tasks; /li liStrong knowledge of Italian accounting standards (OIC) and solid understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), especially in a group and consolidated reporting environment; /li liSolid knowledge of Italian VAT regulations and routine tax obligations; /li liPractical knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems, preferably in multi-entity or multinational environments; /li liGood command of MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, basic data analysis, reconciliation files); /li liPrecision, reliability, and ability to work effectively in a team; /li liMandatory operational knowledge of English Minimum B2 level of English (written and spoken) /li liResidence near the company office (Bologna). /li /ul h3General Accounting Operations /h3 ul liManage general accounting up to the preparation of the pre-tax financial statements; /li liRecord cash/bank journal entries and perform periodic bank reconciliations. /li /ul h3Support for Closing and Reporting /h3 ul liPrepare accounting and financial documentation to support the external accountant for the year-end closing; /li liProduce basic accounting reports (e.g., trial balance), also in English if required. /li /ul h3Operational Tax Compliance /h3 ul liHandle operational management of periodic VAT settlements; /li liPrepare data for the annual VAT declaration in support of the external accountant; /li liManage F24 forms and withholding taxes; /li liSupport audit activities and tax inspections. /li /ul h3Treasury and Payments /h3 ul liManage accounts payable and receivable schedules; /li liExecute payments to suppliers; /li liOperate as the main contact with banks and financial institutions for routine communications. /li /ul h3Workplace /h3 pBologna, Italy; occasional travel to group offices may be required /p pThe selection process complies with the principle of equal opportunities (Law 903/77). /p h3Contract and salary /h3 pPermanent contract, full-time (indicative gross annual salary 40/45) /p pInterested candidates are invited to send their CV (quoting the reference: Accounting Specialist BO) to, after reading the privacy notice available on our website /p pAccounting and Consolidation Specialist • Arezzo, Tuscany, ITALY /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
