For our school in Trieste we are looking for an energetic and fun English teacher to join our team!
Requirements to fit the role
* A positive attitude and an energetic “can do” approach to children’s learning.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Well organized with good time management skills.
* Flexibility with work hours and availability.
What you'll do
* Prepare your classes using Kids&Us’ lessons, music, games, stories and arts and crafts.
* Monitor your students’ progress and guide learners towards their goals.
* Develop strong, meaningful relationships with students, their families, and your peers and mentors to support the growth of the children.
* Communicate in an efficient, effective, and professional manner.
We Offer
Fixed-term contract (CCNL Aninsei – Level V) until June, with the possibility of renewal, including permanent employment.
Initial commitment of 6 hours per week, with the possibility of increasing up to a maximum of 12 hours per week .
Scheduled Working Hours
* Tuesday: 5:40 – 6:40 pm
* Wednesday: 4:30 – 6:30 pm
* Thursday: 4:35 – 5:35 pm
* Saturday: 9:40 am – 12:25 pm
Possible overtime close to the scheduled hours and on Friday/Saturday afternoons for special events (trial lessons, workshops on-site or with partners).
Requirements
* Excellent knowledge and fluent command of the English language, with correct pronunciation.
* Passion for working with children, including very young ones.
* Dynamic, creative, and motivated person for activities and events.
* Accuracy and diligence in applying our method, supported by guides and initial training.
Plus: availability in the mornings during public school holidays (summer/winter camps).
