Retribuzione / Benefits Lead the industrialization of new products and support prototype and pre‐series production
Coordinate the design, installation, and commissioning of new machinery and production lines
Apply safety requirements and technical specs to new equipment
Collaborate with R&D on product changes based on production feedback
Manage improvement projects focused on process optimization and automation (Industry 4.0/5.0)
Assess manufacturability, process feasibility, and risks of new products
Support production sites during startup phases and technical interventions
Contribute to technological innovation and evolution of plant infrastructure
Responsabilità Technical background in Mechanics or Mechatronics
Minimum 2 years' experience in maintenance, testing, or commissioning of automatic machinery
Proficiency in Italian and English
Proficiency with Office Suite and CAD 2D/3D tools
SAP R3 knowledge is a plus
Strong problem solving attitude, teamwork mindset and hands‐on approach
