How will you make an impact?
* High Jewellery Business Analysis/Reporting/Tools: Providing business analysis, presentations, reporting, budget support, and managing sales force and analysis tools for HE clients. Monitoring HE sales daily on SAP and updating the HJ Tableau.
* High-End Events: Supporting client participation in international, regional, and local High Jewellery events, including preparation, execution of individual treatment plans, and on-site support.
* Merchandising: Managing daily HE needs/requests from boutiques, watch specialists, and regional/international merchandising teams, including checking piece availability, transfers, shipment monitoring, stock balancing, and quality checks.
* High-End Community: Animating the prestige community with product information and event updates, participating in training programs, developing a monthly newsletter, supporting client analysis, and managing client treatment actions.
* Commercial Support (High End Sales): Following up on invoicing with Sales Associates, managing after-sales service, resizing, packaging, and supporting post-event sales follow-up.
* Consignment: Monthly stock confirmation management for each boutique.
How will you experience success with us?

* Language: Italian & English mandatory, French could be a plus

* Teamwork: Collaborative mindset to work effectively with the High Jewellery team, boutiques, and other departments
* Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail for tasks such as invoicing, stock confirmation, and quality checks
* Proficient in MS Office
