Overview
We are looking for a Junior Vessel Manager to join our office in Milan.
Reporting Directly To Vessel Manager, you will:
* Support Vessel Managers in the management of vessel costs control, including checks on proforma invoices of vessel activities from tracking to the approval process
* Support vessel management interface with Finance Dept for cost controlling
* Support Vessel Managers for vessel crew movements, mainly manning plan updates in agreement with management, for both Italy and UK vessels
* Monitor vessels documentation
* Support the vessel managers to maintain the engineering documentation database
Qualifications
* Graduated in Engineering or Accounting
* Communication, relationship and organization skills
* Full proficiency in both written and spoken English; other languages are a plus
* High knowledge of Microsoft Office; MS Project
