Grow@Hilti Program is our development program with real responsibility from day one.What You'll doGrow@Hilti Program – Sales & Marketing Track is a development program designed to prepare you for a managerial career by placing you at the center of our customer-focused business model. It is fast-paced and challenging, with coaching and mentoring as you broaden your experience through a range of tasks and impactful activities. The program is split into three main stages of work.18 months as Account Manager or Hilti Store Representative. You'll gain hands-on experience and deep insight into the core of our business – customers, products, services and software.9 months in one of these roles:Solution Consultant trainee: support sales forces as a trainer of how to develop a consultative approach with customers and lead the development of new software solutions for Asset and Services Management beyond traditional product categories.Implementation and Care trainee: support Account Managers in managing new implementations and after-sales care of Tool Services solutions; discover how a marketing department works in a multi-national, multi-cultural environment.Product Manager trainee: support a Product Line in the marketing department, participate in strategy development, manage the product portfolio within the product life cycle, including regular reporting.3 months on a regional strategic project in the Strategic Marketing team or in our Channels Department to provide an international perspective of the company.What You'll BringWe'd Love To Hear From You IfYou hold a master's degreeYou are fluent in English and in ItalianYou have spent a maximum of 2 years in a professional environmentYou are a flexible team player with good communication and social skills, and you can inspire othersYou are mobile: ready to move to another city and start your careerYou hold a driving license (for at least 1 year)What's In It for YouShow Us What You Can Do and, in return, we promise you the experience of a lifetime, the opportunity to be in a great place to work, and a fast track with an unlimited contract.
