MSC Air, a company of the MSC Group, is a global airfreight carrier with its headquarters in Milan Malpensa, Italy. The Company was launched in 2024 as the operational element of the MSC Air Cargo division.
We are seeking a Digital Integration Coordinator to join our team. This role will facilitate the seamless integration of digital applications, systems, and infrastructure between MSC Air and MSC Air Cargo, aligning with our digital transformation goals while addressing operational and strategic needs. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact at MSC Air, working closely with operational and Digital Transformation teams to ensure all systems, projects, and initiatives are fully integrated and optimized for efficiency, innovation, and business success.
Responsibilities :
Stakeholder Communication and Coordination :
Act as the central point of contact between MSC Air operations and MSC Air Cargo digital transformation team.
Translates business needs into technical requirements for MSC Air IT to ensure alignment with MSC Air Cargo digital strategy.
Facilitate regular meetings to align expectations and resolve integration challenges between MSC Air teams and MSC Air Cargo digital transformation team.
Ensure all stakeholders understand the integration process and objectives.
System Integration and Management :
Lead the integration of MSC Air systems into MSC Air Cargo IT landscape infrastructure.
Oversee and support the implementation of new systems and tools, ensuring technical compatibility and operational efficiency.
Collaborate on cross-company initiatives to harmonize systems and processes.
Technical Support and Troubleshooting :
Coordinate technical support and maintenance activities for MSC Air, escalating issues as necessary.
Work with local IT on the infrastructure and systems, ensuring smooth operations and system performance.
Provide hands-on technical support to address immediate concerns.
Project and Vendor Management :
Oversee project timelines and manage relationships with third-party vendor supporting the integration to ensure successful implementation.
Compliance and Governance :
Ensure integrations aligns with company policies on cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance.
Work with MSC Technology to enforce company-wide IT governance frameworks and standards.
Reporting and Documentation :
Provide regular status reports to the digital transformation team, including updates on system performance, project progress, and integration milestones.
Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, integration processes, and operational workflows.
Gather feedback from both entities to refine processes and improve collaboration.
Requirements :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT system integration, project management, or a related role.
Strong understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Knowledge of cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance standards.
