We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Customer Service Specialist. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and supporting day-to-day customer care and e-commerce operations.
Responsibilities:
* Daily monitoring of orders and shipments, addressing issues or delays
* Managing returns and post-sales communications across all channels (email, phone, chat)
* Handling customer master data and ensuring CRM/e-commerce platforms are always up to date
* Coordinating with logistics and operations to support accurate documentation and flows
* Supporting the Digital Concierge team with back-office needs and escalations
* Generating weekly KPIs and service quality reports
* Ensuring brand tone and high-end experience in every customer interaction
Requirements:
* Previous experience (even short-term) in e-commerce customer service, preferably in fashion/luxury
* Educational background in languages, economics, marketing or similar
* Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Familiarity with CRM and e-commerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Hubspot, etc.)
* Fluency in Italian and English; other languages are a plus
