Job OverviewThe AI Specialist will support the design, implementation, and adoption of Artificial Intelligence solutions across the organization, with a particular focus on improving business processes, marketing effectiveness, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of the company AI roadmap defined by the AI Leader.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI technologies to business challenges.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and vendors.
- Contribute to AI governance, best practices, and standards.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered applications and automations.
- Build and optimize Generative AI use cases using LLMs (e.g., Copilot, Salesforce Agentforce, Anthropic).
- Develop AI assistants, copilots, chatbots, and workflow automations.
- Integrate AI solutions with existing business systems (ERP, CRM, marketing platforms, knowledge bases).
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper data availability and quality.
- Support data preparation, model fine‑tuning, and prompt engineering activities.
- Monitor AI system performance and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, privacy, and data governance requirements.
- Support Sales and Customer Service AI initiatives.
- Train business users on AI tools and best practices.
- Promote AI adoption across departments through workshops, demonstrations, and internal evangelism.
- Develop training materials, documentation, and user guides.
- Act as an internal AI evangelist and change‑management champion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in AI solutions, data analytics, automation, digital transformation, or marketing technology.
- Proficiency in generative AI platforms and LLMs.
- Experience in prompt engineering, Python, SQL, APIs, and integrations.
- Knowledge of Power Platform / Power Automate, Cloud
