What you need to succeed\nMust have Deep knowledge of UX principles, SEO, CRO, analytics, and digital design systems.\nSkilled at influencing without authority — able to align cross‑functional teams around a shared vision.\nData‑driven and fluent with A/B testing, analytics platforms, and insight tools. Professional experience 8–10 years’ experience in UX or digital experience leadership, ideally within consumer brands, e‑commerce, or marketplaces.\nProven record of delivering measurable gains in conversion, retention, and consumer satisfaction.\nExperienced in leading multidisciplinary design, research, and optimisation teams across markets.\nCommercially astute: understands how design choices impact growth, sales, and brand trust. Language\nFluent in English and Italian (other European languages are a plus).\nSoft skills Growth‑minded and people‑focused — passionate about developing others and building strong digital culture.\nCurious, confident, and comfortable working in fast‑changing environments.
