Role: Dossier and Survey Specialist
Department: Operations and Survey Quality
We are seeking a highly motivated Dossier and Survey Specialist to join the Fleequid Operations and Survey Quality team.
This role is critical to the operational balance between Sales and Operations, and serves as a key connection between Sellers and the Company. Trust, accuracy, and professionalism are the pillars of this position, which directly contributes to delivering a reliable dossier and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities
* Schedule and conduct on-site inspections at transport companies, both in Italy and abroad, intending to sell buses through online auctions.
* Gather comprehensive technical, visual, and functional data on the vehicles (including mileage, exterior and interior condition, configurations, and equipment).
* Capture high-quality, detailed photographs of the buses using a proprietary web application, in full compliance with Fleequid's quality and documentation standards.
* Coordinate closely with the back-office team to ensure the completeness, accuracy, and consistency of all information required for auction listing.
* Prepare detailed technical reports and assist in the uploading and management of data and documentation on the auction platform.
Requirements
* Strong IT skills, high proficiency with Microsoft Office and online portals.
* Good written and spoken English (knowledge of additional languages is a strong advantage).
* Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
* Proactive approach with a strong customer service orientation.
* Willingness to travel extensively both domestically and internationally.
* Valid passport; prior experience with travel for work is highly appreciated.
