The Role: Seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage human resources operations in Italy.
- Implement HR policies aligned with Group standards and ensure compliance with Italian labor law.
- Lead onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Advise management and employees on HR matters, labor law, and employment policies.
- Oversee employment contracts, compensation, benefits, and HR compliance.
- Promote a collaborative, value-driven organisational culture.
The Person:
- 3+ years’ experience in HR management, ideally within the renewable energy or power generation sector.
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development across regional or multi-site operations.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and strategic workforce planning to support business growth and compliance.
