Role summary
Lemon Tree Advisory is seeking a motivated and disciplined individual to join the firm as a frontend development intern. This role provides hands‑on exposure to digital development in an advisory environment where clarity, precision and professional standards are important. The internship is intended for candidates who want to apply practical skills and contribute to real projects. You will support the development of digital tools, structured interfaces and interactive materials that improve how insights and analysis are presented.
Primary responsibilities
Interface development
Develop and improve responsive web components using modern front‑end frameworks
Translate design systems and wireframes into clear and functional interfaces
Assist with maintaining internal platforms, prototypes and digital tools
Apply reusable component structures following current development practices
Ensure usability, clarity and logical structure across implemented features
Testing and performance improvement
Test interfaces for usability, accessibility and cross‑browser performance
Identify and resolve layout inconsistencies and functional issues
Maintain clear, well‑structured and readable code
Participate in review and improvement cycles to enhance quality
Team collaboration
Participate in development check‑ins and align work with project priorities
Collaborate with team members to interpret business and technical requirements
Help convert analytical outputs into interactive or structured formats
Support preparation of materials used in documentation and presentations
Communicate progress, challenges and implementation decisions clearly
Learning and professional growth
Strengthen knowledge of frontend architecture, version control and development workflows
Explore relevant frameworks and tools with guidance from experienced team members
Improve debugging approaches and structured problem‑solving skills
Build a portfolio of implemented components and completed tasks
Develop the ability to explain technical decisions clearly
Requirements
Candidate background
Essential criteria
Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in computer science, software engineering or a related field
Solid foundation in HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Familiarity with at least one framework such as React, Vue or similar is helpful
Understanding of responsive design and component‑based development
Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent implementation
Ability to manage tasks independently within deadlines
Clear communication skills for collaborative work
Proactive approach and willingness to take responsibility for assigned tasks
