Collaborate with senior practitioners to design custom solutions for a diverse range of clients.
What You'll DoConduct competency-based and simulation assessments.
Write integrated assessment reports and deliver insightful feedback to clients.
Manage small projects or workstreams within larger engagements.
Contribute to proposal development and client relationship management.
Help design assessment materials and enhance Korn Ferry's methodologies.
What We're Looking ForExperience (3–5 years) in assessment and succession — essential.
Background in leadership development is a plus but not required.
Strong project management and client-facing skills.
Excellent communication and report writing ability.
Fluent in Italian (native) and English (professional).
