TXT Novigo, a leader in IT services for the financial market and part of the TXT Group, is looking for a Project Management Officer.
The selected candidate will support the coordination and monitoring of the company's project initiatives, working closely with Project Managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders, both internally and on the client side. The role will contribute to project governance, planning, and control activities.
What will you do?
Support Project Managers in planning, organizing, and monitoring project activities.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, work plans, and management reporting.
Monitor project progress, deadlines, milestones, risks, and issues, ensuring proper communication and information sharing with all relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate in the collection, analysis, and consolidation of project data required for effective project governance.
Support capacity planning and resource allocation across multiple projects.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of Project Management processes, methodologies, and tools.
Participate in project governance activities and alignment meetings with clients and internal teams.
What qualifications should you have?
At least 5 years of experience as a PMO or in similar roles within Fintech or IT consulting environments.
Proven experience in monitoring and coordinating complex projects.
Strong knowledge of project planning, reporting, and project control tools (preferably Jira), as well as Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Good command of the English language.

Gross Annual Salary (RAL): 48.000,00 € - 53.000,00 €
The employment level and compensation package will be defined during the selection process, based on the selected candidate's experience and qualifications, in accordance with the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Tertiary Sector – Confcommercio.
