We are looking for a motivated and experienced Bar Manager to join our team and lead our bar operations to new heights.
Key Responsibilities
 * Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise bar staff. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure high performance and maintain a positive work environment.
 * Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, ordering, and inventory control. Ensure the bar is always stocked with necessary supplies and materials, while managing waste and minimizing costs.
 * Customer Service Excellence: Ensure customers receive prompt, friendly, and high-quality service. Address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
 * Cocktail and Menu Creation: Work with the team to develop creative cocktail menus and ensure the quality of beverages is consistent. Stay current with industry trends and innovate with new offerings.
 * Compliance & Safety: Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed, including alcohol licensing laws and food safety procedures.
 * Financial Oversight: Monitor and manage the bar’s budget, including revenue, expenses, and profitability. Implement strategies to meet financial targets and boost sales.
 * Event Coordination: Organize and oversee events, promotions, or special functions held at the bar. Collaborate with other departments for smooth execution.
 * Quality Control: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment, utensils, and storage areas.
Qualifications
Requirements
 * Experience: Minimum of [X] years in bar management or bartending, with at least [Y] years of supervisory experience.
