HSPI S.p.A, operating nationwide and specializing in IT/Security Governance, is looking to expand and strengthen its Milan office with a new role for an IT Architecture & Security specialist.
The chosen candidate will support the design of IT architectures based on predefined or custom models and assess risk profiles of perimeter systems following Cybersecurity management best practices and frameworks.
You will be part of a high-potential team providing consulting services to large private and public sector clients, often in complex environments and critical infrastructure settings.
The role involves:
* Mapping existing architectures to defined models through documentation analysis, exercises, and interviews;
* Preparing technical and functional documentation;
* Defining policies, processes, and procedures for architecture management throughout the system lifecycle;
* Supporting IT risk analysis and defining requirements for security architectures;
* Assisting in the review and development of Information Security and Cybersecurity Management Systems based on standards such as NIST, ISO, GDPR, and others.
Additional responsibilities include conducting business impact and dependency analyses and developing enterprise architecture models.
Required technical skills:
* Proficiency in English (written and spoken);
* Knowledge of Information Systems Architectures, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, ISO-OSI);
* Basics of software engineering;
* Familiarity with Risk Management and Information Security standards (ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, CIS-CSC, OWASP);
* Understanding of key regulations (GDPR, NIS Directive, etc.).
Certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor, CEH, CompTIA, or OSSTMM are advantageous but not mandatory, especially for candidates without work experience.
Ideal candidates will have excellent analytical, interpersonal, organizational skills, and a strong team-oriented attitude.
Educational background:
* Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Telecommunications, or related fields.
