Lean Supply Chain Transformation Lead
Job Description:
Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Lean Supply Chain Transformation Lead to drive the integration of Lean methodologies with automation and Artificial Intelligence technologies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in optimizing processes, reducing waste, and improving operational efficiency and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement warehouse flow analysis and storage logic simulation models.
* Design and implement Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) for inventory accuracy, lead time reduction, and operational cost optimization.
* Transform store replenishment from manual to centralized and automated, improving product availability and reducing excess stock.
* Map AS-IS operational processes, collect data, define TO-BE proposals, and measure impact through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Design AI agents to automate repetitive actions, analyze warehouse, production, and maintenance data, optimize layouts and routes, and prevent stockouts and logistics congestion.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, or Supply Chain Management.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Fluent English language proficiency.
Nice to Have:
* Experience in Lean, Continuous Improvement, and logistics process automation projects.
* Knowledge of WMS/MES systems, data analysis tools, and AI technologies applied to logistics.
* Ability to manage complex projects, analyze KPIs, and implement innovative solutions.
* Lean Six Sigma certification.
