Deal Structuring and Pricing (DSP) professionals shape deal financials for high-risk and complex client engagements, which may include multinational arrangements, joint ventures, alliances, setting up or acquisition of operating companies, and other equity investment transactions.
Key responsibilities may include:
* Responsible for the financial buildup of new opportunities, elaborating financial models and business cases both for Accenture and the client to identify and maximize the value of the opportunities.
* Assess and apply various pricing methodologies to meet company and client objectives.
* Prepare income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows supporting client engagements in compliance with US GAAP, Accenture policies, and commercial standards.
* Represent contract financials in Accenture approval meetings.

We are waiting for you:
* At least two years of relevant experience operating in a financial role (audit, accounting, controlling, reporting, commercial).
* Knowledgeable and/or proficient in financial modeling techniques, financial concepts (NPV, IRR, Payback, etc.), and accounting concepts and budgeting techniques.
* Degree in Finance or Accounting and Fluent in English.
