Our client acts as a global sales promoter for the brands of the group and supports them in maintaining customer loyalty by offering a broad range of mobility services. /p h3What You'll Be Doing /h3 ul liActing as main contact for incidents and/or service requests /li liSolving incidents following existing documentation /li liCall handling (inbound and outbound calls) /li liPerforming qualified registration of incidents and service requests /li liProviding accurate information to other infrastructure support teams (2nd level support) /li liEnd-to-end tracking of tickets /li /ul h3What You'll Bring Along /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in technical/non-technical fields would be nice to have /li liMinimum 1-3 years of experience in customer support or call centers /li liStrong problem solving and research skills /li liPromptitude, proactivity and customer-oriented mindset /li liAn ITIL qualification is preferable but not essential /li liExcellent command of both spoken and written German and English /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
