* Oversees daily stewarding operations, ensuring the transport, cleaning and proper handling of cooking utensils, service ware and equipment in support of restaurant and banquet service.
* Ensures back‐of‐house work areas and physical surroundings are maintained in impeccable condition, upholding hygiene, safety and organizational standards at all times.
* Maintains accurate inventory levels for food and beverage equipment, ensuring proper distribution and availability across all departments.
* Coordinates the timely delivery of clean equipment and materials to all outlets and functions, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted service.
* Plans schedules and assigns daily tasks, fostering a culture of consistency, discipline and continuous improvement.
* Collaborates closely with the entire Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless communication, operational efficiency and alignment across all outlets and functions.

Qualifications
* A minimum of two years experience in the same role within a luxury hospitality environment is required.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
* Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.
