Joining us means growing, learning, and shaping excellence together. /p h3The Role /h3 pTo strengthen our IT Team, we are looking for an IT Infrastructure Security Coordinator, responsible for coordinating IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operational IT processes, ensuring continuity, reliability, and compliance with company and Group policies. /p pThe role works in close collaboration with the LELIT CTO, ensuring alignment and integration with the BRG operating model. /p h3The person we are looking for will be responsible for: /h3 ul licoordinating and managing IT ticketing activities for offices, production, and logistics, as well as second-level support, ensuring proper handling of requests and adherence to operational priorities; /li lisupervising the IT infrastructure (network, servers, virtualization, systems); /li limonitoring networks and servers, ensuring operational continuity; /li lidefining and overseeing cybersecurity, backup, and system recovery policies; /li liensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate procedures (e.g. GDPR, NIS2); /li liproposing methodological improvements and process automation; /li liinterfacing with suppliers, external consultants, and technology partners; /li lisupporting new infrastructure projects and plant expansions, ensuring security and business continuity. /li /ul h3You are the right fit if you have: /h3 ul liIT-focused technical diploma or a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields; /li lisolid experience in similar roles (5+ years with a degree / 8+ years with a diploma); /li liexperience coordinating IT teams or operational activities; /li listrong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and systems; /li liexperience in cybersecurity (endpoint protection, SOC, SIEM); /li liknowledge of servers, clustering, virtual machines, and virtualized environments; /li liexperience with backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity; /li liexcellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian (C1) /li ligood command of the English language (B2); /li ligood organizational skills, responsiveness, and ownership mindset. /li /ul h3Why join us?
