Work Schedule Flex Shifts 40 hrs/wk Environmental Conditions Office Location: [FERENTINO] Department: Logistics / Supply Chain Reports To: [MANAGER, CUSTOMER SERIVCE IMPORT&EXPORT] Job Summary: Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and lead the import and export team to ensure smooth and efficient operations. - Run and optimize international shipments, ensuring timely delivery and efficient solutions. - Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations, including customs clearance procedures. - Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping companies, customs brokers, and suppliers. - Develop and handle relationships with key partners, both internal and external. - Supervise and analyze logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. - Resolve any issues related to international shipping, customs delays, or trade compliance. - Stay updated on changes in import/export regulations and implement vital adjustments in processes. - Prepare and present reports on trade activities, costs, and performance metrics. - Train and mentor team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
