You introduce innovative payment processes for car dealer groups and other industries. You are responsible for training operational managers (remotely/on-site) on our product usage. You identify potential obstacles in the onboarding process and resolve them in coordination with customers and colleagues from other departments. You oversee upgrades of our solution for existing clients. Through close customer contact, you help improve our product and processes. Your profile You have at least 5 years of experience in digital (multi) project management, with proof of successful projects. You work in a structured and organized manner, even under stress, managing multiple tasks simultaneously. You communicate clearly and confidently at C-level, even in tense situations. You are willing to travel to our customers. You are native or bilingual in Italian, fluent in business English, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
