Position
The selected candidate will join the HR team and will be responsible for the full payroll cycle, ensuring accurate and timely salary processing in compliance with current regulations.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Monthly payroll processing and related social security and tax obligations
2. Management of attendance, vacation, leave, sick days, and other payroll-related events
3. Monitoring deadlines and sending mandatory communications to relevant authorities (INPS, INAIL, Italian Revenue Agency)
4. Continuous updates on labor and social security regulations
5. Collaboration with the HR team in managing contracts, hiring, terminations, and contract changes
6. Production of reports for management control and HR direction
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Economics, Law, or related fields
2–3 years of experience in the role, preferably in structured corporate environments or labor consultancy firms
Excellent knowledge of labor regulations and main national collective labor agreements (CCNL)
Proficiency in payroll software (preferably Zucchetti)
Knowledge of key tax and social security obligations
