Reporting to: M&A; Manager
As a senior specialist, you will manage the full M&A; lifecycle, from project planning and due diligence to negotiation and executive presentation.
What You’ll Do
- Manage M&A; projects, timelines, and resources.
- Analyze financial data, prepare valuation models, and assess financial risks and synergies of potential transactions.
- Coordinate due diligence across legal, finance, and internal teams.
- Support negotiations and prepare executive‑ready materials for leadership.
- Facilitate coordination between internal and external teams in an international setting.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Law, Economics, Finance, or related field.
- Strong legal, financial, fiscal analysis, and valuation skills.
- Project management experience across the full M&A; lifecycle.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- 3+ years of M&A; experience (advisory or in‑house).
