Stern Energy Spa a leading service company for utility scale and industrial photovoltaic power plants, with 6 subsidiaries across Europe, more than 250 employees, and 2.0 GW assets under management, is looking for a:Commercial (Financial) Asset Manager – Photovoltaic/Wind Sector (Netherlands/Denmark Area)to join its dynamic Asset Management team, for the oversight of PV and/or wind projects in Netherlands/Denmark. We are seeking proactive candidates — with Financial training or equivalent qualification, and with experience in Asset Management within the renewable energy sector with a focus on Solar and Wind plants.Reporting to the Head of Asset Management, the Commercial Manager will be responsible for managing the commercial, financial, and soft technical aspects of photovoltaic and/or wind projects.The role involves collaboration with Danish, Dutch and English-speaking business partners and colleagues.Key Responsibilities:-Lead and coordinate the management of the assigned PV portfolios.-Monitor the income and expenses of renewable energy operating companies.-Prepare and maintain liquidity and budget planning, including cost control.-Produce regular reports for investors, owners, and banks on asset financial performance.-Manage and oversee operations, maintenance, and service contracts for our operating companies.-Support quarterly and annual financial statement preparation and related documentation.-Handle insurance claims and/or warranty on behalf of the project company.-Collaborate closely with stakeholders, technical operations managers, investors, banks, tax advisors, auditors, and public authorities.-Organize shareholder meetings from preparation, execution and follow-up.-Follow up internal reporting on plants in his portfolio and liaise with the clients Plants managers-Manage complex tasks with a multidisciplinary approach and by coordinating with various counterparts.Essential requirements and skills:-Economic/Financial training or equivalent qualification.- At least 2 years of professional experience in similar works-Independent, resilient, and detail-oriented working style.-Excellent Proficiency in MS Office applications.-Fluency in English is required-Proficiency in Danish or Dutch will be considered a strong advantage-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.-Team-oriented mindsetJob location: Parma, ItalyThe contractual terms for the position will be determined based on the candidate's experience, with the goal of a long-term placement within the company team.
