POur Client, a leading Multinational Company in the Retail Wholesale Industry, is currently looking for an: /ppOrganizational Development Manager – Operations /ppThe resource will oversee the development and implementation of the Company’s Operations department enabling a consistent evolution with regards to organizational structures and processes, operational models, improvement, transformation and integration initiatives. /ppAreas of responsibility: /pulliOrganizational Design: develop new organization design initiatives, roles and responsibilities. Perform gap analysis. Plan organizational evolution identifying the road map and the key milestones /liliOrganization Development: to-be structures, role design, and recommended sizing and its implementation /liliChange Management: act as a change agent supporting the business /liliProject Management: manage the implementation of organizational projects at Operations department level /liliGovernance: plan, design and monitor Global Operations departments governance mechanisms to ensure main decisions/processes are structured /li /ulpRequirements: /pulliMaster’s Degree in Engineering or related Field /lili10 -15 years of professional experience in Consulting or Multinational Companies, with knowledge of Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics and/or Organizational transformation projects /liliStakeholders Management and Influencing Skills, Result-orientation, Project Management and Change Management /liliBackground in Target Operating Model, Business Process Reengineering, Process Mapping and Improvement /liliStrong analytical capabilities and ability to provide leadership in a large and complex organization /liliEnglish fluent, any other language is considered a plus /li /ulpLocation: Milan, Italy /p
