Job Summary This position, belonging to Compression Systems & Services business unit, is a key support role for our direct IR Sales and Service offices and Distributors for Engineered TA/MSG and Process Gas Centrifugal Aftermarket business form the initial Customer request to order booking. This includes support in parts identification, obsolete parts replacement, and activities to allow orders booking (part number activation, order pages distribution, kit creation). Responsibilities - Support local IR direct Sales Teams and Distributors for part identification process. - Liaise with suppliers for special parts quotations such as motors, non-standard heat exchangers, special instrumentation and non-standard parts. - Initiate the process to create in Oracle system new cpn’s for part kits or new items and if necessary re-activate old ones. - Write new parts specifications or update old ones if necessary. - Keep records about all activities and timely update about the status of each job in the geographical and product area of responsibility. Basic Qualifications - Fluent in English - Technical background (High School Technical degree/Bachelor degree in Engineering) or in-deep knowledge of Ingersoll rand Centrifugal Compressors from product structure point of view.
