We are currently seeking a Go-to-Market Manager who will report to the Global Head of Go-to-Market & Trade Marketing Implementation as part of our dynamic team in Milan.
How you will contribute
* Monitor the execution and effectiveness of the brands' distribution strategy in each market and channel;
* Perform market research and internal analysis to support business planning and strategic recommendations;
* Provide markets and channels with effective sales support tools and action plans;
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure brand expectations and customer needs are met;
* Ensure sales activities meet targets for sales, cost, and efficiency;
* Support sales teams with tracking and communication of distribution progress;
* Monitor performance of projects related to assigned brands to achieve objectives.
Who you are
* +3 years in consulting, finance, or business analysis/incentive roles;
* Experience in a multinational company;
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, business-driven environment;
* Strong analytical skills;
* Entrepreneurial and goal-oriented mindset;
* Commercial attitude and innovative approach;
