Act as the operational HR Business Partner to the respective business leaders for Italy, Great Britain and the Nordics, providing hands‐on advice across the full employee lifecycle aligned to business prioritiesPerform monthly payroll responsibilities, including preparation, calculation and disbursement of salaries to employees in the respective marketsDrive workforce planning, recruitment forecasting, and HR cost management to meet business objectives while controlling budgets and resourcesPartner with Country Leadership teams on performance management, employee relations, engagement initiatives, and day‐to‐day people decisionsSupport organization design, restructuring, and change initiatives (including M&A where applicable), ensuring effective integration at local levelDeliver efficient, high‐quality HR operations by leveraging HR systems, metrics, and standardized processes to enable scalable, compliant, and data‐driven decision‐making, aligned with Group CoEsProvide regional L&D administrative support by navigating SuccessFactors Learning, registering and tracking learning hours, and responding to incoming enquiries
Functional Skills and Knowledge
Strong understanding and application of Italian labour law, proficiency of labour law in Great Britain and the Nordics as an advantageExcellent and fluent writing and speaking skills in Italian and EnglishPrior experience with M&A integration as an advantageExtensive MS Office and SAP HR knowledgeEfficient, proactive, systematic and well‐organized, able to execute multiple projects simultaneously, attentive to detail, trustworthy and sensitive to other culturesStrong sense of adherence to quality even in hectic situationsBased in our office in Milan or London* and willing to travel across multiple sites (if needed)Able to commit to a 12‐month contract duration
