Mission
The role of HR Operation Advisor - internship provide to support HR operational activities.
Key Accountabilities
*
* Support in the administrative employment process, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
* Collect, draft and record documentation concerning the whole employment relationship (employment contracts, relocations, changes in contractual conditions, etc.).
* Support enrolment of interns/trainees.
* Ensure timely and effective updating of HR databases.
* Support HR People to manage their Timesheet and Time and Attendance.
* Ensure compliance controls with applicable rules and provide relevant reporting (e.g. attendance, absences, overtime, unused holidays).
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Law.
Qualifications
*
* Basic understanding of employment regulations and HR administrative processes.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in managing employment documentation (contracts, amendments, relocations, traineeships).
* Ability to maintain and update HR databases, with good digital and data‑entry skills.
* Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple administrative tasks and deadlines.
* Proficiency in Excel and basic HR reporting (attendance, absences, overtime, leave balances).
* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with HR and employees.
* Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong sense of confidentiality and compliance.
