Develop impactful content for global content campaigns targeting both prospects and customers, in close collaboration with Product Marketing. Develop and distribute engaging marketing collateral. Create visually compelling graphics and written content. Conduct research to optimize marketing messaging and campaigns. Coordinate and manage multimedia packages, including brochures and videos. Oversee the inventory and distribution of marketing materials. Maintain comprehensive documentation of marketing projects. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure brand consistency. Manage localization workflows (translation, production, review) for content and campaign assets (emails, landing pages, infographics, banners) with internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with Product Marketing to update and refine existing materials (articles, videos, factsheets). Partner with Product Marketing to enhance and evolve existing assets—including articles, videos, and factsheets—to ensure relevance and alignment with market needs. Create, plan and schedule social media posts across owned channels and work toward a consolidated cross‑channel strategy (LinkedIn, Facebook). Support performance tracking and analysis of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in copywriting and content production, ideally in B2B SaaS or legal tech. Strong visual sensibility and creative mindset, with an interest in art direction and multimedia production. Quick learner, eager to explore new marketing tools and platforms. Excellent communication skills and ability to craft compelling narratives. Solid understanding of digital marketing and content development (articles, videos, emails, web pages). Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working with tight deadlines. Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Google Analytics, InDesign, or video editing tools, Canvas, Figma, Miró is a plus. Fluent in English; additional languages such as French, Dutch, German, Spanish, or Italian are a bonus. Positive attitude, self‑starter, and collaborative team player.
