About the job We are looking for a talented candidate skilled in management control to join the Finance team and report directly to the Head of Finance and Controlling. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing product costs (LG & Accessories) for one of our Maisons and guiding the industrial director in interpreting data to optimize business decisions. HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? Define and analyze product costs—including materials, labor, overhead, and variances. Execute monthly financial statements, stock analysis, provision calculations, and specific Maison cost analyses independently. Collaborate with the Maison division during relevant planning cycles (budget/forecast) covering sales, production volume, stock targets, slow movers, provisions, and costs by Maison. Act as a business partner for organizational units (production, quality, R&D) and accounting to ensure accurate month-end closing processes. Prepare focused analyses on specific topics such as cash flow drivers, balance sheet variations, one-off effects, and projects. Participate actively in the implementation of new financial flows. KEY COMPETENCIES & SKILLS Excellent knowledge of SAP FICO. Strong understanding of cost elements at various production stages until finished goods dispatch; experience in a fashion & luxury company is a plus. Good knowledge of P&L cost structures based on standard costs and deviations. Accuracy in managing high-volume, complex data. Team player with the ability to challenge the status quo and propose improvements. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and organize workload to meet deadlines. Collaborative with cross-functional and multicultural teams. WHO YOU ARE Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics & Management, or Management Engineering. At least 5 years of experience as a Business and Industrial Controller in complex manufacturing environments, or 2-3 years as an SAP Consultant (consultancy experience is a plus). Fluent in English; French language skills are a plus. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, etc.). Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
