Experience and Responsibilities Ideal candidates will have: Experience practicing law in Italy, either at a law firm or as in-house counsel, encountering challenges relevant to this role. Support and advise our Accounting, Finance, & Legal teams, and our Business Acquisitions team on cross-border acquisitions, due diligence, transaction documents, and post-completion integrations. Collaborate with our Finance team on debt and equity financing, investments, and equity plans. Work with outside counsel on corporate reorganizations and governance in Italy and internationally. Negotiate, draft, and review commercial contracts, including confidentiality, service, partnership, and technology agreements.
